USMC Military Print "Hanging It Up"

Painted by WWII Marine Corps veteran and portrait artist John A. Sclavos, “Hanging it Up” is a tribute to a fellow veteran and long-time friend, Charles Patrinos (1920-2006). The story behind the painting is compelling, and is one that can be shared by so many military veterans.

Mr. Sclavos is making prints available for purchase of his tribute to his friend. The print is 18" wide x 27" long, printed on sturdy acid-free, uncoated archival paper to reduce fading over time. It is printed utilizing 4-color process offset printing technology with a 200 dpi line screen.

Sclavos' print provides a powerful reminder and perfect gift for any US Marine or Marine Corps veteran of the dedication and pride that comes with wearing the jacket that Sclavos rendered so flawlessly in this work of art.
